Green Juicing Yourself to Health!

As I have studied how to claim my health, it has become clear that green juice is one of the most important things you can do to take control of your health.

Green Juice is truly your new BFF.

In six months I have dropped 20 pounds without trying! I feel as if I have woken up from a deep sleep. Today, I am a total juiceaholic!!

FYI, I have lost 15 pounds since these videos were shot. You can do it. Update….. now 19 pounds less than this photo —————– without even trying!!

Further update 28 pounds as of today. Exactly 2 years later.

Basic Green Juicing Recipe

Ingredients
  • Cucumbers, celery for liquid.
  • Rotate greens: parsley, spinach, dandelion, kale, collards, romaine, swiss chard, asparagus
  • Flavoring: lemons, ginger, garlic, herbs of your choice
  • Up your potency with sprouts.

Because I am always concerned about sugar, you will not find fruit in my green juice. Play with the taste and your cells will thank you.

    fyi, ive started adding chia seeds to my juice (after juicing, just add them in the glass)
    its tasty and reminds me to kind of chew my drink rather than my natural tendency which is to just gulp it down

    Hello,

    Quick question. At the top of the page you mentioned dropping 20 punds since juicing. Is this because you are replacing meals with green juice, or because you have simply added green juice’s to a healthy diet of raw foods?

      Great question……..The juicing, along with drinking alkaline water,began serious detoxing in my body and the changes were actually quite surprising. With proper water and juicing my body was more nourished and craved less. Never hungry and certainly feeling better. Loved the added benefits of weightloss. Be careful, you will be purchasing loads of new clothes! Today I am about 85% raw and love this. Please be sure to keep in touch and let us know how you do. Best of health.

    THANK YOU so much for the advice and information on green juicing which I am absolutely addicted to. Your raw food tips, coupled with simple steps to better health have helped me lose 78 pounds! Yes weight loss, although not the focus as you say-getting healthy is-was a direct by-product. I have not felt better in years.
